Brighten up gloomy Manchester
I’m still here! I have been busy over the last few days with some freelance work and also I spent the day in the print studio yesterday screen printing some of my new designs. I was also wiped out after a manic weekend spent with my uni friends, a real sign of getting old! I am really chuffed with the way the prints have come out and I’ll be spending the evening getting them up on Etsy, so keep an eye out. I have been working with really bright summery colours at the moment in a vain attempt to brighten my days spent in gloomy Manchester.

Oh and another thing! My 365 project
it is no more! I know I am rubbish, but I just couldn’t keep up with the photo taking. I am the first to admit I am the most undisciplined person ever, I find the gym hard enough to keep up with and the healthy eating plan went out the window 2 days into January. I will however keep taking loads of photos to document this year, so keep an eye out for them.
365 last few days
I think I might just start doing a weekly round up of 365 pictures after today. I am enjoy the project, I am worried I’ll run out of things to photograph when I am being the housebound freelancer. Check out Karyns 365 on the make something flickr, some really gorgeous colours and patterns are shown.
Cant believe the amount of snow
I have been snowed in…. in central Manchester.
I never thought that would happen. My car is stuck and I am not moving it until the snow has gone. We did however get out for a three hour walk earlier, all part of the new years resolutions to not get cabin fever during the working week.

365 project
I have just seen on Make something that the latest buzz is the 365 project.
You take a photograph everyday throughout the year, I have wanted to take more pictures and this will be a nice way to document the year I turned thirty.
Check out my photographs on my newly updated flickr. Here is todays picture.
