Ian Bilby

I saw Ian’s work on Print Pattern the other day and loved the work he did for Paul Smith.

I especially love the little crabs!

Brighten up gloomy Manchester

I’m still here! I have been busy over the last few days with some freelance work and also I spent the day in the print studio yesterday screen printing some of my new designs. I was also wiped out after a manic weekend spent with my uni friends, a real sign of getting old! I am really chuffed with the way the prints have come out and I’ll be spending the evening getting them up on Etsy, so keep an eye out. I have been working with really bright summery colours at the moment in a vain attempt to brighten my days spent in gloomy Manchester.

Oh and another thing! My 365 project :( it is no more! I know I am rubbish, but I just couldn’t keep up with the photo taking. I am the first to admit I am the most undisciplined person ever, I find the gym hard enough to keep up with and the healthy eating plan went out the window 2 days into January. I will however keep taking loads of photos to document this year, so keep an eye out for them.

Lucy Rose

I am really getting into typography at the moment. Lucy Rose has really inspired me with her sketches and great typographics.

My font loving fiance will be pleased.

Check out her work here.
